About This Room

Rose is the flagship room at G12 — a king bed, marble flooring, a red-headboard accent wall, and an attached bath. It is the largest of the three rooms in the house and the one we hand to guests who want the most space. Quiet, calm, and finished with the same care as the rest of the house. Run by Meyaar Group, and looked after every day.

Every room at G12 comes with the same baseline: light (meetha) tap water that is not hard or salty, inverter AC, hot water around the clock, and always-on power. Clean, quiet, and the kind of place you'd happily send family.

If you are weighing this against the other two, Rose is the only room with a king bed. Bedroom B (Daisy) has a double bed and garden-facing windows, and Bedroom C (Lily) is the same double-bed layout at our lowest nightly rate. The room and rate comparison puts all three side by side.

Who This Room Suits

Rose is the room most couples pick, and the one families book when a visiting relative is the guest of honour — a wedding, a graduation, elders coming in from out of town. The king bed is the reason: it is the only one in the house, and over a stay of three or four nights that difference is the one guests actually notice.

It also works well for a single guest on a longer work trip. The single-occupancy rate brings it close to the double rate on the other rooms, so if you are staying a week and want the extra floor space to spread out, this is usually the better value of the three.

What You Pay

Rose is PKR 8,200 per night for two guests and PKR 7,200 per night for one. Those are the full published rates — the room, the electricity, the AC, the hot water and daily housekeeping are all inside that number. There is no service charge, no cleaning fee and no per-night surcharge added at check-out.

Booking direct means you pay the rate above rather than the rate plus a booking platform's commission. We confirm by hand on WhatsApp, usually within the hour, and you settle at the property.

Good to Know

• Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and late check-in is fine — tell us roughly when and we'll keep a key ready.
• Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM. G12 sits on a residential street, which is most of why it is quiet in the first place.
• No smoking inside the rooms and no pets.
• Housekeeping runs daily. Toiletries are provided.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in; inside 24 hours the first night is charged.

Getting Here

G12 is at House 12, Street G, Block X, New Satellite Town — about 50 m off Lahore Road and directly beside Punjab Girls College. Masjid Al Noor is roughly 50 m away.

Lari Ada, the general bus stand, is about 1 km away, as is the Mall of Sargodha — both around five minutes. If you are arriving after dark or for the first time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send a live map pin rather than an address.
