Daily Room Rent in Sargodha
A furnished room by the night, with no lease, no deposit and no agent. G12 is a three-room guest house in New Satellite Town — about 1 km from Lari Ada — and rooms go from PKR 6,400 a night for one guest. Book for a single night or a fortnight; the rate is the same either way.
Who Rents a Room by the Day
Most people who take a room here for a night or two are in Sargodha for a specific reason and going home afterwards. In practice that means:
- Work trips. Sales calls, site visits, audits, training — anything that puts you in the city for two or three days.
- Court and hospital appointments. Early listings and early clinics are much easier from a room in the city than from a bus at 5 a.m.
- Weddings and family visits. When the house is full, guests take a room nearby. This is the single most common reason people call us.
- University business. Admissions, exams, viva dates and parents visiting students.
- Overnight transit. Breaking a long drive, or arriving late at Lari Ada and needing somewhere within a few minutes of the stand.
Families and single professionals are equally welcome. If you are looking for a monthly let or an unfurnished flat, we are the wrong place — this is nightly accommodation in a guest house, not a rental property.

That is the full rate. Electricity, inverter AC, hot water around the clock and daily housekeeping are included, and nothing is added at check-out. There is no security deposit. See the room comparison for what separates the three.
How It Works
There is no online calendar and no card form. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates, we check the book by hand and confirm — usually within the hour. You pay at the property.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival is fine as long as you tell us roughly when. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in; inside that window the first night is charged.
House Rules
G12 sits on a residential street and we run it accordingly. The rules are short and we apply them evenly:
- Valid CNIC required at check-in for every adult guest.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM.
- No smoking inside the rooms. No pets.
- Rooms are let to one or two guests — the rate covers occupancy, not visitors.
Where We Are
House 12, Street G, Block X, New Satellite Town — roughly 50 m off Lahore Road and directly beside Punjab Girls College, with Masjid Al Noor about 50 m away.
Lari Ada and the Mall of Sargodha are each about 1 km away, around five minutes. That makes this a workable overnight stop if you are arriving by bus, without putting you on a main road for the night.
